Hi
Just a thought although probably more work to moderate? Just for computer related issues and problems. There is such a helpful faithful few here with far more knowledge than me that if such a section existed, I could post there and not bung up a Moneydance thread with unrelated stuff and hopefully got some help. It would also perhaps act as a 'how do I do this?" for others to use as reference. I have tried in the bigger user forums, no names mentioned, and have received suitably sniffy replies on the whole without any real help offered.
Thoughts welcome.
Cheers

    Hi Tony,

Thanks for your suggestion, however as you mentioned that would be more moderation work and I'm sure we wouldn't be able to police it enough to keep it manageable.

I would suggest a site that is specialised to whatever topic you're interested in, such as one of the many StackExchange sites: https://stackexchange.com/sites

There are many and I've found that the ones I've used (mostly stackoverflow.com and a bit of superuser.com) have a great system for incentivising positive discussion and helpful answers.

    Thanks,
    Sean
