How to sort transactions by date of transaction

How can I sort transactions by the date of the transaction?

    Just click the top of the date column

    I'm a fellow user.

    Or you can right click on a transaction in the register select sort by in the drop down then select the order you wish. This gives you additional options.

    Thank you. There is a thick vertical gold line that runds down part of the register and take those transactions and puts them out of order. Do you know what that is about? Continued thnks for your help ! More thanks, Elizabeth Myers

    I'm a fellow user.

    A Gold thick vertical line normally means that you ave entered a date in the future for the transaction.

    I was transferring information from another app and the date wasd after what was below but was from a past month. Is there a way to move them?
