Quoteloader Mike Bray v3034
QL is failing to reset last run date for auto update. As a result it is doing continuous updates every time the main program is closed or switched to another file. The attached screenshot shows QL after having done several updates today 10th May!

Hi michael
There is a build of Quote Loader 3036 waiting to be signed by Infinite Kind when it will become available under EXTENSIONS – MANAGE EXTENSION.
Until then you could try the unsigned build securityquoteload.mxt on Mike site at https://bitbucket.org/mikerb/moneydance-2019/downloads/
Download, then drag and drop into side bar of Moneydance, list on left, accept warning message, install and restart Moneydance.
Let use know if this build fixes your issue or if Mike needs to look further.

Derek
That immediately looks better as it recognises today as the last run date.
Ill see what happens over the next 48 hours and let you know if its still an issue.
Michael

Hi michael
Mikes also taking a look at his logic to make sure resent changes haven't broken this feature.

Hi michael
Just to check, after installing QL 3036 and setting up Auto Run hope you remembered to click Reset Auto Run to save settings.

Derek
I hadn't as it happens but it's definitely now recognised the most recent date and not kept running updates as you move from file to file.
I'll do a reset and see if they makes it fail.
Michael
