Mobile App - Search Transactions
I love Moneydance on my Windows desktop, but the mobile app (for Android) has always been lacking. I rarely need to enter transactions on the go. What I need more than anything is the ability to search all transactions in all accounts to find something. I would also need to search all past history, not just the past 12 months. Needs to search all fields. Sometimes I know the amount I need to find. Sometimes I know a key phrase in the Memo field. I keep detailed records on the Memo line for major purchases, and finding those transactions from my phone would be very helpful while shopping.

I am running Android Beta 2021(76) on my Android 11 phone.
This build has a search feature that works within accounts. Entering text filers by Description, Category and Memo. The only things it does not do is filter by amount or globally across all accounts. See Screen Shot were I was filtering by the category Car:. It is not limited to 12 months; each account goes back to its account start date.
It’s been available as a beta since 2019 but unfortunately is not currently available to new users. Sean the Moneydance developer has told me he will be reintroducing the search feature in a new beta along with other useful features that have been remove, no time line.
So worth posting your request to get the features back.
The intension of the beta was as the first step, as it contains all data, not just account transaction, in bringing it in line with the features on the computer.
