Consolidated Portfolio View report
The portfolio view provides an overview of a single investment account; all securities in that account are lists with their current price, number of shares and the value, etc.
I would like to have a consolidated statement of several accounts with a listing of securities or shares. I would like to know the total number of shares with their price and not the subtotal per account.
W hat I'm doing is to copy the actual report to the clipboard and get a dynamic table at Excel, which is a very laborious process.
I'm familiar with other programs and this report is a basic one.
I don't know if there is a way to get this report.
Thanks for helping with this matter.

Hello,
Have you tried the Portfolio report, as opposed to viewing a specific investment account? It should be listed on your left sidebar. If not, you can find it by selecting Tools->Graphs and Reports from the menu bar. This report should display everything you have mentioned in your post, including displaying the security information of multiple investment accounts, sub-totaling those accounts, and having a grand total for all accounts.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

Probably I was not clear, I understand perfectly the process you describe and I have not problem with that.
What I’m looking for is a consolidated statement of securities (no name accounts not subtotals) just a consolidated portfolio.
Let’s say you have the same Security in several accounts (father, mother and son) . What I want to know is the total Balance of that/each security in the form of a dynamic table.
Ticker Number of Shares Price Balance
Share 1 4 1.50 6.0
Share 2 5 3.0 15.0
Share 3 9 2.0 18.0
Totals 39.0
With the actual report (what you described) you get that information but per account and sub-totals.
This process would be very easy because you already have all the information and as I told you I myself do it but I have to copy to clipboard open Excel and do it manually.
I hope and this is clearer and apologizes for my English, my native language is Spanish.
