PayPal doesn't provide all transactions in their feed via Plaid. Specifically in the case where PayPal pulls the funds for a single purchase from my checking account, the Plaid download from PayPal just has the Payment transaction for the funds that PayPal paid out. It does not include the "Deposit" into PayPal for the transfer from my checking account. I would like to handle this by confirming the downloaded purchase details on my Checking account register in MD, and then deleting the downloaded transaction in my PayPal register. But if I delete the PayPal purchase transaction without first confirming it, it comes right back the next time I download transactions.

Compared to Quicken (and Sean, I suspect you probably hate that phrase), Quicken doesn't re-download a transaction if I delete it.

I can work around this by first confirming the paypal transaction and then deleting it, but that's extra clicks for no extra value. Or, by treating the entry in my checking account as a transfer to paypal and keeping the details in my paypal register, but then I'm double-entering those details...
