Available Credit option

I can't see anywhere in this application where I can go to see the available credit in a credit card account. It does not appear to be listed on the account register, nor is it an option for the Summary Page. Is there anywhere in the package where I can see this info?

I know the Debt Insights extension used to provide this for the Summary Page, but since it is no longer functional, what is MoneyDance doing to address this issue? Looking back in the knowledge base, I see requests for this feature going all the way back to 2010.

    Hi Gary,

Select your credit card account and choose Account > Edit Account.
In this window, you can enter an amount into the "Credit Limit" field.

Then download the "Debt Insights" extension via Extensions > Manage Extensions.

Once installed, you'll see a new item on the Summary page. Look for the heading "Enhanced Credit Cards" and below this, you'll see the credit limit for your account next to the account balance.
Unfortunately, this item doesn't show the difference between the amounts.

To amend the layout of the Summary page, choose File > Preferences > Summary Page (as shown in this article).

The Debt Insights extension repeatedly crashes MD. This is a known issue
per the knowledge base. I was wondering if there was any other location
where the available credit might be shown. Seems like a pretty basic
    function...

Debt insights still "works", I use it all the time. Just don't have your cursor touch where the stove is hot (i.e. the title bar area).

I have repeatedly asked Sean to fix this extension (fonts, crashes, etc) as he acknowledges that MD/IK is now in charge of it, but admittedly my recent post began with "it's been two years since I last posted about this"

As for pretty basic function - it is - but if Sean won't fix it, someone needs to write basically the same extension over again.

Thanks for that info. With that advice (about the cursor), it seems to
    work as you noted.
