Using tag to create sub-ledger
Hi,
Want to add an idea of an independent tag for each entry in a split transaction. What I observed is for a split transaction, every entry inside the split transaction is tagged the same, while it would be great to have it independently tagged.
Since I manually created a receivable asset account for tracking the amount owed to me, it would be great if the tag function can be an alternative for the sub-ledger.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Have you tried right click. View other side and then set the tag on each split (rather than the parent)?
