Refresh report & clear all
I've looked and looked and it doesn't appear that MD has these two functionalities (If either or both of these functionalities are present, please enlighten me!):
Refresh reports: I like to pull detailed reports to spot things that need fixing. Though I can double clicking on an offending transaction which takes me to it's source (i.e. entry in my checking account) which makes making the needed correction so very easy, when I return back to the report it doesn't reflect the change unless I close and reopen that report. So adding a refresh button/functionality that would re-pull the data for that report would be very much appreciated.
Clear-all for the "By Type" functionality in detailed reports: It would be so nice to be able to clear all selected categories in the By Type window in the detailed income & expense report set up, rather than having to scroll up an down to manually find and click & clear the categories that remain selected from the last time you used the report.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Clicking on the None button above the selection window will remove all check marks.
