Auto-commit of Reminders

When a user adds a reminder, the system should also prompt the user whether to enable the "auto-commit" setting under "File > Preferences > Network". The dialog should include a [Yes/No] option plus a checkbox for "Don't ask again." Having this would eliminate the issue of this setting (necessary for auto-commit to work) being hidden from the user and the user wondering why auto-commit is not working.
