Categories Enhancement
Is there anyway to insert a space between the main category and the sub category? How about the ability to print them out? Or export to Excel?

Just name the subcategory <space>xyzzy, still assigning it to the main category.
The name would be Main: xyzzy
re printing, go to Tools/Categories (don't select anything), then click the Print Button...
you can also save to PDF which might give you other options.

when printing out categories to a pdf file, the last column looks like this attachment. Why is there no option to copy to clipboard to open in Excel or other applications?
