Hi
I know I can put the .csv into Numbers and delete all unwanted columns, but as there is no macro recording in numbers I have to go through each time and delete all unwanted columns and reorder the remaining columns which is a pain, but dooable! I am no sort of coder, so Applescript is out I am afraid!
I guess I am after the icing on the cake. I have no idea in coding terms what this would involve and probably way too much work involved…understood!
However, if possible what I would like is just to be able to extract the following…
Reminder name
Account from
Payee
Amount
Frequency
Next due date
Just a faint hope!
Cheers…

So the request is to eliminate some columns in the extract_data: extract_reminders option?

Can I ask why? What’s the purpose? How do you use the extract?

    Sure…
Simply to make it quick and easy to look at the relevant info I want and ignore all the unwanted information. As I said, it’s the icing on the cake. I use the extract to compare with my bank list of standing orders and direct debits which is in the same simple format.

Are you talking about the view on the screen, or the extract file?

Have you tried list future reminders, and limited the next date to 1 month for example?

I am talking about the extract file. I haven't tried list future reminders. Of course the problem with date limiting the report would be any quarterly, annual, etc payments would not appear on the list. I will give it a try but not sure its what I am after as I want a list of all s.o.and d.d.
