Make version/build numbers visible from Finder - Mac specific

Please consider adding necessary version resources to the Mac version so that when getting info on the application, Finder reports the version AND build numbers (or alternatively, consider incrementing the version number with each release—since May 2024, so far there have been at least 8 releases of “version 2023.2”, which is confusing).

Also, please consider making the version info in the Mac’s About Moneydance window selectable and copyable, which is fairly standard; currently I have to retype it manually, which is error prone.

Have you looked at the build numbers as per…

There are a couple of other ways to get the version/build numbers.

If you open the console window they are on the first line and can be copied from there. If you have the Toolbox extension it can be copied from their too.

The downside to both those techniques is that they require opening the application. I want to be able to Get Info in the Finder (or View as List with Version column active), as I do with essentially every other Mac application.
