Greetings:

When creating a discussion, or replying to an existing discussion, the input dialog shows the "formatting help/preview" feature and allows the user to attach a file.

When editing an existing entry, the "formatting/preview" feature is absent and the user cannot attach a file that might have been inadvertently forgotten.

This results in the necessity for continued edit-post-view-edit-post-view cycles. Also it is necessary to create a completely different reply to add a forgotten attachment. If the topic is active, there might be replies between the original posting and the file that should have been part of it - creating confusion.

Please consider adding these useful and necessary features to the edit dialog.
