Merge categories

OOOH, it would be nice to be able to merge categories so that if one accidentally (which I KNOW I'm the only one who does) creates multiples of a category they could merge them into one.

    Find and replace extension. Change the cat in txns to the one that you want. Then when the cat is empty, delete it.

    Ah.. where does one look at all the extensions that are available. Might help with some of my other issues.
