Restore Default Register Focus
In MD 2008 if a user opened an account register which contained
many entries, the scroll bar would not always be scrolled all the
way down to the bottom entry. This could easily be resolved by
tapping the End key, because the default focus was on the actual
register entries.
In MD 2010 the focus is not on the register entries and requires
Tabbing a number of times (4) to move the focus to the register
entries. At which point the user can then tap the End key to scroll
down to the last entry.
Edit:
MD 2010 accessing an investment account register the default focus
is on the Register button. Tabbing once moves the focus to the
Securities Detail button. Tabbing twice moves the focus to the
Actions button. Tabbing three times moves the focus to the New
Transaction button and finally Tabbing four times moves the focus
to the register entries.
My suggestion is to restore the default focus in MD 2010 to the
register entries as it was in MD 2008.
