Moneydance 2010 (723) 'Income & Expenses' report: option to include categories with zero balances

There is one option I'd like to see for the 'Income and Expenses' report elicited from the 2010 sidebar, namely the ability to include categories with zero balances. Currently, the Income and Expenses > Edit window allows individual categories to be selected/removed (great!), but categories with zero balances do not appear in the final report even when selected for reporting. I'm hoping that a check box option can be included like the one provided for the Account Balances report (Account Balances > Edit > Include Zero Balance Accounts). Why? Because I copy'n'paste from the 'Income and Expenses' report to a spreadsheet proforma. Missing categories make this a fraught process!
