Search Investment account register
The register view of a bank account has a very convenient search box at the top of the entry page. I have been able to use this to find an amount, or a payee or to look for a duplicate transaction, and it is quick and easy to use. However, the register view of an investment account does not have the search box. The only way to search in an investment account is with the binocular icon in the upper right corner; however that is a lot clumsier to use and looks as if it was mainly designed for bank accounts anyway (asks for check number, etc). Is there any possibility of adding the plain search box the the investment registers, since it already exists for bank registers. My system is a MacOS 10.4.11, moneydance version 2008r3 (635), Java 1.5.0_16

Sure, this seems like a great idea that we can implement in a future release of Moneydance.
