Program Icon In Windows 7

This is a low priority item but may be easy to modify. The program (.exe) icon for MoneyDance that shows up in the Windows 7 taskbar is something that looks like a bunch of colored folders or charts or something. When I open the program the icon switches to a green circle with a white M in the middle. It would be nice for this icon to be consistent. I tried to change the taskbar icon but I can only choose the folder-looking icon from the MoneyDance .exe. I would prefer this to be the green circle by default.
