Add Multi-year Interval to MD Reminder Schedule
I have a number of "every other year" payments, and a few out to 5 year, that it would be nice to be able to schedule properly in Reminders. Currently, the best I can due is annually and then check when the reminder pops up. A multi-year selector like in the "monthly" schedule would do the job.

This does seem potentially helpful for some users. Our feature request and bug reporting system is integrated with our wiki. We invite our users to register and use these systems to help improve Moneydance by bringing bugs to our attention and requesting new features. Users can also vote on tickets, which helps us determine how wide-spread bugs are and which requests have the most demand. I have created a ticket for this request here.
For now, one hack would be to set the "First Date" of a reminder for the month and year you want the reminder to take place. This would mean setting up a separate reminder for each "long term" reminder, but it would work. You could also do this by scheduling it to repeat every 730 or 1825 days (for 2 and 5 year intervals). Leap years might make this a bit messy for exact dates, but it will get the job done.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.

Thanks for adding the ticket and I will look at the days option; had never noticed you could enter more than 31 days.
I would have made a Tracit ticket for this item (and others), but I do not have "create" privileges; nor can I comment on existing tickets, only vote. I have assumed that such permissions were available only to MD support personnel. If incorrect, I am registered as "avp2"; please add the appropriate permissions and I will be happy to post suggestions there too, or instead of in the discussion groups.

avp2,
I've authenticated your account and you should now have permission to post and vote on tickets. It's also the best place to post suggestions and bugs.
Thanks for your input,
