Batch Change/Category drop-down list

In the next build is it possible to have the complete list of categories automatically open in a drop-down list when selecting Batch Change/Category? It would eliminate what is (to me, at least) an unnecessary click.

   I was going to suggest this same thing, so am glad it's already listed.

   Going one step further: when the batch change/category list is shown, could you have a tree structure showing the categories instead of simply displaying perhaps 100 all at once? It would be like YNAB3 finance program. The current implementation is annoying because I have to scroll down very far to get to the Personal category, as an example.

   Put another way, the first level of tree would have main categories like automotive, home, health, personal, etc. and whatever the person wants to make. When the person pauses the cursor on one of those headings, the lower branches of tree will open which would show the sub-categories.

   Also, when I key in a category, could that category be at the top of the list, so we don't have to scroll down for the sub categories. If that is already covered in this discussion, forgive me.
