Currently when I add an investment there is a type dropdown that allows me to select Stock, CD, Mutual Fund, Bond, and Stock Option. I like to try and maintain a balanced portfolio of different types of mutual funds, such as Large Cap Growth, Large Cap Value, etc. Is there a way to customize that list to include such categories so I could see a pie chart on each Porfolio View?

Doug, There is no way to do this currently. However, we agree this would be useful and can implement the ability to customize security types in a future release of Moneydance.
