get caught up from 2 years of slacker recordkeepping!), I have some
humble suggestions:

1) Make each row not respond to single clicks. A single click
should simply highlight the row, not "check" the transaction as
pre-reconciled. This would help the user navigate up and down
easier.

2) Make a double-click anywhere on a row "check" the transaction
as pre-reconciled.

3) Allow for the option to view transactions in a single row or
double row fashion. There are times that it would help to see the
Memo field of each row, but this is currently not possible.
Therefore, I have to click Edit which takes me to the register to
then view those other fields.

4) Make the Edit button override a text search that may have
been entered in the Register. For instance, due to the workflow
described above, I tend to flip back and forth from the register
and the reconciling window to inspect transactions. While in the
register, I sometimes enter a text search and leave the results. I
then go back to the reconciling window. If I click on some other
transaction in there and then click Edit, it takes me back to the
register but because of the previous text search, there is no
transaction to "zoom" to. It would be nice if the reconciling
window would override the text search to take the user to the
transaction in question.

robtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/1538042009-05-06T21:10:06Z2009-05-06T21:10:06Zimprove reconciling window

Rob, Thank you for your suggestions. We will look definitely

releases. Thank you very much for taking the time to make them.

Brian Adler
