Time stamp recorded in the <DTENTERED> tag with iPhone app appears incorrect

I discovered this issue while recording several transactions at once with the iPhone app. When entering multiple transaction in in sequence, the time stamp being recorded in does not concur with the order in which I entered them. For example, Trans #1 will have a time stamp of 10:37:05:450, but Trans # 8 will have time stamp of 10:37:04:013.

Anybody have any idea what is occuring? The transactions have not been edited after initial entry.

Are you looking at the time stamp in the transaction details xml in the desktop version of Moneydance?

    Yes.

After entering data in the iPhone app (ver 1.7), I view the tag in the transaction details xml via the desktop version (2011r2 (803)). I can also tell (I think) the time stamps are incorrect in the iPhone app because the recently entered transactions do not queue in the order that I entered them (it is this behaviour that I find frustrating).

I thought it might be a Dropbox sync issue, so I slowed down and waited for the app to sync after each entry, but that didn't help.

    Any insights will be appreciated.

    Hi jmcrichfield,

Sorry for our extremely delayed response! I think this may be a bug, so I've filed a ticket in our ticketing system asking the developers to look into it.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!
