Move away from DES and Implement AES

DES is now considered insecure http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_Encryption_Standard and it would be nice to see a move over to AES.

    Hi Andrew

    Moneydance currently uses triple-DES which is considerably more secure than the standard 56bit DES. Having said that the developer does plan to move over to AES, though this is not currently on the timeline.
