Click and drag to clear transactions
When reconciling a large number of transactions, it would be nice to be able to click and drag down the list to clear a bunch of transactions rather than having to individually click on each one. Seems like a minor thing, but Quicken allows this, and it's actually VERY convenient.

Hi exigent
You can already do something similar with Moneydance. You can click to select one transaction than hold down shift to select a different transaction. This will select all the transactions in between the two. You can then right click on the selected transactions and select "Mark as cleared". Alternatively you can hold down ctrl while selecting multiple transactions if you want to select multiple transactions that are not contiguous.
I hope that helps.
Sincerely

Are you talking about in the reconcile window? Because it doesn't work that way for me. I can shift-click to select a range, but when I ctrl-click (the Mac equivalent of right-click) on the selected group of entries, the only option that pops up is to delete.
While this would be an acceptable workaround to the click-and-drag, I'm still stuck clicking each and every transaction. So annoying and non-intuitive!

My mistake, I was referring to the main register not the reconcile window.
In the reconcile window to mark a selected group of transactions press the enter key on your keyboard.
You can use shift-Click to select a group or hold down the shift key and press the down arrow on your keyboard.
