The security history window comes up showing earliest entry. Why?

Why doesn't it come up showing latest price?

When I click new it looks like nothing happens.

Others have mentioned this also.

    Clicking New adds the price showing, either the one that MD shows upon opening or one that you manually enter, and enters it as today's price. The price is at the bottom of the scroll window and it does not scroll down automatically to show that price; you must scroll down to expose it. In order to enter a price that is not today's, you must enter as above, then edit the date. And there is no Enter function that I can find. You must click Done, then go back to see if you got it right.

    The UI could be LOTS better here.
