Hi guys,

It's great having OFX import capability. But I'm puzzled why OFX export has never been implemented. It should - at least in theory - make exporting large amounts of data more reliable than QIF. Can this be added, please?

thanks.

    Hi Lance

I am surprised this has not been brought up before. I searched trac and the old forum and have not seen it discussed. I have created a ticket for this suggestion in trac. Here is the link:

I did some more research on this topic and the OFX file format does not have categories/tags/etc and is really only intended for downloaded transactions. So I do not believe this would not be a useful replacement to QIF.
