Moneydance "Update"
Here's a suggestion: Be up front about the fact that if a customer responds to the "there are updates" message from Moneydance and updates his app, he's going to end up owing Moneydance money to keep on using something he's already bought two licenses for. Very underhanded, and makes me decide to switch to Mint.com.
Bye Moneydance,
Gene Adam

Hi Gene
I am confused. The upgrade page:
http://moneydance.com/upgrade
Makes it clear that users should test their key to determine if the upgrade is free or not.
I am sorry that this was not sufficiently obvious. How could me have made this clearer?

For what it's worth, my "Mint.com" account is very quirky and unreliable. I'm glad to have the functionality of MoneyDance as the best way to manage my finances :)

I am also confused- Gene you received a free upgrade to Moneydance 2011 as you purchased a Moneydance 2010 key. You also had the option of reverting to any of the past versions of Moneydance for no additional charge.
Jeff, I'm glad Moneydance is working for you! We're here if you ever have any questions,
