New Investment report gruoped by Securities first instead of Accounts

Well I guess Securities is a type of Accounts in MD...

The current Capital Gains and Portfolio reports list them grouped by Accounts first, then Securities. This report is already provided by my brokerge/bank. I have several regular "cash" investment accounts and tax-deferred retirement investment accounts with different brokerages, and I own certain stocks/funds on both type of accounts. E.g. I hold AAPL shares in my cash account with Brokerage ABC, and also hold its shares in my retirement account with Brokerage XYZ. I'd like to suggest a report that grouped by securities first, then by Accounts, such that I can see the consolidated performance of each of my stock/fund holdings regardless of which Accounts they're in. This kind of cross-banks-cross-accounts report is valuable because it will never be provided by any of my brokerages/banks.

Agreed, would like to be able to see total investment in a security across all accounts, so I can manage overall exposure

    Thanks
