How can I print a list of all DD's & SO's??? I don't mean 'print the diary' as that only does for one month. I have quarterly, yearly, bi-yearly and tri-yearly payments. I need to be able to check from time to time I am up to date, its nearly impossible without a list to check from!

What is the specific context for using direct debit and s order (and what is an s order)? I'm not familiar with what you're describing, but if you explain it, I imagine that I'll be able to describe a way that you can print a list of what you need.

I can say that any set of transactions that have either a common tag, category, or description can be printed. Is that helpful or can you clarify your question for me?

    Hi Brian

Direct debits and standing orders are instructions to my bank to pay various amounts to various companies at varying intervals. They are set up as REMINDERS! Does that help? e.g. gas - monthly - £100 car insurance - yearly - 200 card insurance - tri yearly (something Moneydance can't do!) - 70 Wine club - quarterly - 50

As you can see, the entries will not have a common tag, category or description. If I did use a tag to extract them, it would extract every occurence of that payment - I only want to see it once! What I want to be able to do is print the list of REMINDERS which should show the company, amount, frequency of payment and number of payment outstanding / or until further notice.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Tony, Sorry for the delayed reply to you. In the current version of Moneydance it is not possible to accomplish this. This is an excellent feature request, however. I am going to change this thread from "questions" to "suggestions". I will explore the possibility of having this implemented as soon as possible.

This feature did not make it into MD2010. There is a suggestion ticket for it in our issue tracking system. Here is the link:

    http://moneydance.com/trac/ticket/2110

If you register and log into trac you can vote on tickets. We use these votes to help us prioritize wht to implement next.
