Splash image during startup

Greetings...

I'm presently running MD2011r2 (803), after finally upgrading from 2008r4 (we finally got a current Java implementation on OS/2!).

I see that there is no longer a splash image displayed during loading, and have confirmed that on a Windows system running the Sun (Oracle) JVM (so it's not just OpenJDK, which I am running). Poking at the jar file, I see that we still have com/moneydance/apps/md/view/gui/icons/splash.png in there. It would be nice to have this, as JRE load time is a bit sluggish on some platforms (including OS/2, for the time being), and without any visual feedback that something is indeed happening, it's a guess for almost a minute or so as to whether we've crashed. ;-)

TIA
