No, you would first need to open your MS Money file with MS Money and export your accounts to QIF files. You can then import the QIF files into Moneydance.

I've tried to import an account of MS Money (QIF file) but transations refered at different categories are all associated at the same default category

Can you please confirm that you are following the import instructions available at http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-data-from-banks-and-other...? What you describe could be a result of not setting up your accounts before importing with the exact names they have in MS Money (step 7) or not selecting "from another program" in the import options (step 9b).
