Hi Shelly,
The import instructions from MS Money are available here and you can download the trial version from here.
We've also just released the program on the Microsoft Store, so as you're using Windows, you can download the trial from there if you prefer. The Microsoft Store version is also fully functional, and has a trial limited to 30 days.
If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can keep all data you have entered during the trial period.
You can find the Moneydance knowledge base here which will be useful if you're using the program for the first time.
