The best option is QFX or OFX. These two are basically the same.
If neither of those are available and QIF is an option you can use QIF but it is not as good.

Got it thanks. I am trying to get a replacement for Quicken which I am
having serious issues with Quicken. The program I am selecting will
download QFX and OFX files. I hope it works.
