3 questions about Money Dance
Hi,
I want to switch from Quicken Intuit to Money Dance because I travel often. My understanding about money dance is that:
1 I can use indifferently my laptop (at home) or my tablet (when travelling) to do my accounting and access / download my information.
2. I can give monthly/quarterly permanent orders to my bank.
3. I can do electronic transfer from one account to another account in a same bank.
4. I can enter my CC expenses and then compare them with the information downloaded from my CC company.
5. The payment of $49.99 is one time or yearly?
Thanks

You should be able to do all the above. The best thing is to download the program and try it out, including the on-llne banking. You can trial the program for the first 100 transactions before having to register.
Also the purchase price entitles you to the next upgrade for free and discounted upgrades past that. There is no sunset to any of the versions of Moneydance. If you are happy with your version you can continue to use it as long as you wish with no additional charge.
You can download the program to trail from here: http://infinitekind.com/download-moneydance-personal-finance-software

Thank you Tom for your response. What do you mean by "there is no sunset......."
Thanks

Hi Raymond,
Sunsetting a program is a software company forcing you to purchase their newest version of the software in order to continue using it.
Moneydance does NOT do this. For example, I am still happily using Moneydance 2011.
