Downloading data from Quicken 2004
I am currently using Quicken 2004 and have been doing so for money years, but recently have been experiencing problems downloading transactions from my bank. It's got to the point where I have to enter transactions manually. Is it possible to import the data from my Quicken file and if so is it very difficult

Hello,
We have detailed instructions on importing from Quicken at http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-from-quicken-or-ms-money/...
How difficult it is depends on the complexity of your data. Standard accounts are usually pretty simple, but complex investment accounts will likely need a lot of work. You should expect at least some amount of manual cleanup will be necessary. This is unfortunately due to the limitations Quicken has on exporting data from its program in a useful format.
I encourage you to download our free trial version from http://infinitekind.com/downloads and experiment with the program before you decide if you would like to purchase it. The demo version is fully functional and allows you to manually enter 100 transactions. Imported transactions are not limited, so you'll be able to fully test things like importing from other programs and connections with your bank. If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can keep all your data, the license key simply unlocks the ability to manually enter more transactions.
In case you haven't found it yet, our full user guide can be downloaded from http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/user-guides
