I have been using MS Money for about 15 years, and I have my complete financial history recorded in MS Money database.

With MS Money demise and my switch to MAC, I have been looking for an alternative. Is it possible to migrate an MS money file into MoneyDance?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Richard

    Hello Richard,

We have detailed instructions on importing from MS Money at http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-data-from-banks-and-other.... I imagine other users may chime in with tips about their import process, but let us know if you have any specific questions.

I encourage you to download our free trial version from http://infinitekind.com/downloads and experiment with the program before you decide if you would like to purchase it. The demo version is fully functional and allows you to manually enter 100 transactions. Imported transactions are not limited, so you'll be able to fully test things like importing from other programs and connections with your bank. If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can keep all your data, the license key simply unlocks the ability to manually enter more transactions.

In case you haven't found it yet, our full user guide can be downloaded from http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/user-guides
