I am very concerned. I have been with Quicken for sometime and I am not very pleased. I am in the process of upgrading to the 2016 version and I am having nothing but problems. I am seriously considering switching to your product but I am nervous to make such a change. I need to knew that my questions will be answered when necessary and that you have a good customer support system. I manage some real estate I own, and do all my banking on my current Quicken program, and I need to know that I can do the same with your software?

    Hi Kenan,

If I may make a suggestion, try the free trial version to see if it suits your needs. You can d/l the installation file here:
    http://infinitekind.com/download-moneydance-personal-finance-software

Support is offered through this website. Queries are generally replied to within 24 hours. The Moneydance support staff actively monitor this site as well as a knowledgeable user base.

For a list of Financial Institutions that support direct-connect to Moneydance:

Be sure to read the paragraph at the top of the page and keep in mind that Moneydance supports direct-connect exclusively, it does not support web-connect.

    Hi Kenan,

The information Kevin has provided is spot-on!

The demo version is fully functional and allows you to manually enter 100 transactions. Imported transactions are not limited, so you'll be able to fully test things like importing from other programs and connections with your bank. If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can keep all your data, the license key simply unlocks the ability to manually enter more transactions.

The following article details how you can export your data from Quicken, and import into Moneydance - http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/importing-data-from-banks-and-other...

I would recommend checking out the User Guide, which has lots of information about getting started and setting up your accounts. You can also read about the features and functions available within Moneydance.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance, and thanks for your interest in Moneydance!
