Hi, can anyone help. I have got Moneydance in a muddle after trying to import a file from Microsoft Money. I have a MacBook Pro. I uninstalled Moneydance to start over but when I open it all the previous data is there. How do I get rid of this and start all over. Thanks10

    Hi Andrew,

Unfortunately it's not possible to setup a reminder that's not a constant amount (so a changing credit card balance, for example). If you're downloading transactions, then you should be able to download the transaction, however you may have to modify it to make it into a transfer to your other account.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience! Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!

    Hi,
I have all my accounts in GBP. I am travelling to Canada and want to enter $ and have it converted to GBP for entry. I have looked and tried everything, including the manual, but it doesn’t seem to tell me how to get it to convert for entry/
    Thanks
    Best Wishes - Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

To use different currencies with an account, you need to create categories with that currency and then use those categories in the account. It could be as simple as creating a category for canadian dollars and using a single category for those transactions in the GBP account.
