After creating a new Moneydance file by importing a QIF from Quicken Deluxe 2015 all of my accounts, categories, etc transferred but I now have an extra account named "Unknown: TAG" with a zero balance. Attempting to delete it raises a warning that it contains or is referenced in transactions or reminders. How can I find the transactions or reminders contained in/referenced by Unknown: TAG? Or would it be safe to just delete the ugly thing?

Can you show me a screenshot of what you see when you go into that account.

Sorry I misunderstood the last request (I had never looked inside). See the inside attached.

You cannot delete the account because it contains 3 transactions. There are all zero value transactions. Delete those transactions and you will be able to delete the account.

Moneydance only created this account because it was in your QIF file. Perhaps it was a hidden Quicken account. I think it is fine to delete it.

Thanks for the explanation Ben, I'll be deleting this and happy to be leaving Quicken behind.
