can you run 2 separate files (accounts ) as when you download a free trial to see ,it just comes up with the original file you have al.ready purchased I need a separate one to run company investments

You can set up as many data set as you like.
To start a new data set click FILE - NEW.
To switch between data sets FILE - OPEN.
