Will the text import extension import reminders from quicken to Moneydance ?

Hello,
There is no known way to transfer reminders from Quicken. The issue is that Quicken doesn't appear to export reminders with any of the options they allow, regardless of file format.

HI Mike,
Something that you can do to help with rebuilding your Reminders is to locate a relevant transaction and right-click it (CTRL-click for Mac)
From the resulting context menu, select 'Create Reminder from Transaction'.
Doing so will open an 'Edit Transaction Reminder' window with most of the details already entered for you.
