    I'm a fellow user.

Moneydance 2019 is 64 bit only. Oracle have ceased support for 32 bit Operating systems and as Moneydance is written using Oracle Java it is no longer possible to build 32 bit versions of Moneydance.

That last version of Moneydance with 32 bit support is Moneydance 2017.

    Hi,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

I can see you’ve received a reply from one of our knowledgeable Moneydance customers.
To add to this useful information I thought it's worth mentioning that with the latest update, we had to upgrade to the latest version of Java 11, which no longer supports 32-bit. For that reason, the 2019 version of Moneydance and newer versions will no longer run on older systems.

However, if you haven't already, I encourage you to download our free trial version of Moneydance 2017 and experiment with the program. You can download the trial version of Moneydance 2017.10 (1706) from our website on this page.

The trial version is fully functional and allows you to manually enter 100 transactions. Imported transactions are not limited, so you'll be able to fully test downloading data from your bank, and importing data from other personal finance software.
If you decide to purchase the program at a later date you can keep all data you have entered during the trial period.

You can find the Moneydance Knowledge Base here which will be useful if you're using the program for the first time. I'd be happy to provide guidance if you have any questions or need assistance getting setup.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have further questions or need any assistance.
