Here are my questions:
Currently running Quicken Deluxe 2013 on Windows 10 - basic banking
Quicken wants to charge me an upgrade fee to get to Quicken Deluxe 2016 of
$240 + $75 for the software
I am unwilling to pay for a vendors bad development design
I am looking for an alternative
How much is your product
Will I be able to talk to tech support on the phone if I have issues
Will I be able to convert from Quicken 2013 to your product

1) The cost of Moneydance is $50. If you want to do automatic transaction downloading some banks charge a fee for that service. You should check with your bank if the support and charge for "Direct OFX connections".
2) I am afraid we do not provide telephone tech support.
3) Conversion from Quicken 2013 should be possible but takes some work. There are instructions here:

You can do the conversion in the trial version so I encourage you to do that before making a purchase.

I can get a trail version of Moneydance I will convert my Quicken 2013
files to your system and test it out.
