Hi Jeanne,
If you have created an Account you'd like to delete, you can highlight it in the sidebar and select Account --> Delete Account. This will remove the entire Account and any transactions within it.
If you'd like to remove an entire data set, you can follow the steps in this article which details how to locate and delete an unwanted data set. This article contains information about the default location of your data which also may be useful.
Please let me know if you encounter any issues when following these steps.

Thank you Jenny. That worked.
My Quicken files are on Quicken in Windows. How do I move my files to money dance?
Thank you
Jeanne

Hi Jeanne,
I would suggest following the steps in this article to move your data from Quicken.
If you're moving your Quicken data to a new computer before importing to Moneydance, after Step 1 you'll need to move the QIF files to a USB (or whatever your method is for sharing between the two computers). Once you've moved to the new computer, you can follow Step 2 onwards.
I'd be happy to provide assistance if you encounter any issues when following these steps.

No, not at all. The files you export from Quicken are QIF files, and these can be imported into Moneydance on either Mac or Windows.
The only change in the steps provided, is that you'll need to move the data to the new system before importing.

I followed the instructions and chose one of my clients accounts and all my clients accounts downloaded into Moneydance. How do I delete the downloaded information and the money dance program entirely from my computer so that I can start over?? I apologize for all the confusion

No problem Jeanne, the export and import process can be confusing!
You don't need to remove the Moneydance program from your computer entirely to begin again. If you'd like to remove your entire data set, you can follow the steps in this article which details how to locate and delete an unwanted data set. This article contains information about the default location of your data which also may be useful. You're looking for a yourfilename.moneydance file.
You can create a new data set within Moneydance file --> New, and can move between data sets within File --> Open.
