Doqnload from Quiken
Okay, I did the initial download from Quicken but the entries are screwed up and the account balances show negative balance, sometimes very; negative like with seemingly random numbers in the lots of millions. How do I straighten this out?

Hi Norm:
I had the same issue. I picked an easy account (few transactions) to look at in Moneydance. I usually found one line that came over wrong. It didn't exist in Quicken, so not sure what exactly it was. To fix the issue, I had to do delete the random line. Once I found it...it was pretty much the same issue in every account.
I also found...which you might also, that my beginning balances were wrong in the reconciliation tool. To fix this, I just added a "dummy" line and called it "fix beginning balance due to migration".
After these 2 things, all my balances are fine.
