I'm NOT from IK Support, but concerning your error message from Spectrum Credit Union. The message that you received may be due to the fact that you probably have to Call Spectrum to Enable Direct Connect for your account. Many times the User Login/Password may be different from your online Website Credential. For my credit union, my Username is the same, but the PIN/password is diffferent. That would explain the "maximum invalid signon" message that you received. For the other (Non Direct-Connect) accounts, you can perform Manual Downloads (See "Manual Downloads" link below):

Suggested wording when you contact your CU is available in the following IK Knowledge Base Article, Entitled "Direct Connect":

Here is an excerpt:

*Moneydance uses exactly the same OFX server connection protocol for Direct Connect as Quicken, however frequently bank representatives do not know this and mistakenly believe that you can not connect in Moneydance. Calling your bank and stating precisely the following should get you started -

"Please enable Direct Connect on my account so that I can connect to your servers directly with Quicken. Also give me the login credentials I need to connect to this service."*

Hope that this helps,

With regards to your other financial institutions, you'll have to use manual downloads to import your data into Moneydance. Bank of America stopped activating new accounts for direct connections, and it doesn't look like Alliant supports them at all.

In this situation, the best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX, OFC, or QIF files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. If your banks begin to support direct OFX connections in the future, we will be happy to work with them.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

Error 15502 can mean that you have had too many attempts to log in using the wrong password and you have been locked out, You would have to contact to bank to have the lock removed.

dwg
