how to i transfer my data from GNUcash to Money dance, i have date since 2004 in there?

Your best bet would be to convert your GNUCash file to a QIF file using this program:
https://gnucashtoqif.us/
You can then import the QIF files into Moneydance. You might find our guide to importing QIF files from Quicken helpful as well:
