Trail version on Windows 10
I downloaded the trail version on Windows 10 and it says it won't work on the computer. However, when I search support, it says Windows 10 does work with moneydance. Please let me know what the problem is.

Hi,
Can you confirm you have download MD2015 from here? You'll need to specify the correct download option for your OS and wether it was 32-bit or 64-bit.
To find out if your computer is running 32-bit or 64-bit Windows, follow these steps - Open System by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click System and Maintenance, and then click System. Under System, you can view the system type.
Can you provide some more information about how the software 'wont work'? Whats steps have you followed, and do you see an error message? The more information you can provide, the easier it'll be for me to understand whats happening on your system.

I downloaded a trial version
File name
Moneydance_windows_amd64
On a Windows 10 computer
After the download was complete, when I click on it it says "this app can't run on your PC"

Hi Stacey,
Can you confirm you've checked the system is running 32 or 64 bit before downloading? The error message you're seeing, can be displayed when the wrong version is downloaded. If you're unsure, try installing the 32 bit, rather than 64, and see if this works?
Can you also ensure your User credentials have the authorisation to download and install new programs. You could try downloading as the 'Administrator' User to see if this has any effect?

I did check and I'm running 64 & I downloaded accordingly. I'll see about administrator.

I'd also suggest checking if you have any firewall or anti virus software running which may effect this? Usually this wouldn't effect the download, but may be worth checking.
As I mentioned before, it may also be worth trying to download the 32 bit version, just to see if theres any difference.
